Train like a performer.
Recover like an athlete.
Adult aerial and movement classes for hobbyists, working performers, and people who've been waiting their entire adult life to try this. Drop in, take a series, or build a real practice.
Four ways to train.
Mix and match. Most students train two or three across a week.
Silks, Hammock, Straps, Harness
Four apparatus running weekly — beginner through performance level. Rope and Lyra/Trapeze are on the interest list; ask us to be added.
Flow Acrobatics
Hand Balancing, Acrobatic Dance, Tricking, and Flow Arts — four movement disciplines running on a fixed evening schedule.
Stunt Training
Falls, fights, and choreographed action — for hobbyists and pro stunt performers prepping for set.
Open Gym
Drill on your own or with a peer. Members and drop-ins welcome.
The space treats you seriously.
Real ceilings
22 feet means you actually get to train silks and aerial apparatus at full extension.
Working coaches
Our instructors are working performers and stunt people. The technique is current.
Beginner-respectful
Starting in your 30s, 40s, 50s? Welcome. We design progressions for adults, not 12-year-olds.
Performance pipeline
Showcases, photo days, and a community of working artists — ready when you are.
The adult schedule.
Aerial, Stunt, and Dance class times rotate seasonally — the live booking calendar is the source of truth. The Flow Acrobatics evening track runs on a fixed weekly schedule.
Aerial Classes
Aerial Open Gym
Flow Acrobatics & Movement
Each evening: a 60-minute taught class at 7:30 PM, then a 2-hour open Practice Lab at 8:30 PM where the night's discipline is the focus.
60-minute taught class
Take the 7:30 class, stay for Lab on the house
8:30–10:30 PM · same drop-in rate as Open Gym
Stunt Classes
Specialty Stunt Classes
Class times listed reflect the current schedule and may rotate seasonally — the live calendar is the source of truth.
Starter Package — $99 for 3 classes.
Pick any three regular Aerial, Flow Acrobatics, or Stunt Training classes — Silks, Hammock, Straps, Harness, AcroDance, Hand Balancing, Tricking, Fight Choreography, whatever sounds interesting. Doesn't apply to Specialty Stunt Training (like Wirework) or workshops, but it's the cleanest way to figure out what you actually want to train.
Pricing by program.
Each track has its own structure. Drop in, buy a class pack, or build a monthly practice.
