Aerial Silks · Straps · Lyra (Hoop) · Trapeze · Hammock
Students train on suspended apparatus alongside ground acrobatics, dance movement, and flexibility conditioning. Sessions build climbing strength, full-body coordination, focus, and the ability to manage fear through controlled progressions in a fully matted, professionally-rigged environment.
Outcomes: physical confidence, fine body awareness, mental composure under pressure, and a foundation in a real performing art — with pathways toward recreational practice or pre-professional performance training.
Tumbling · Falls · Fight Choreo · Parkour
Students train in tumbling, controlled falls, fight choreography, and parkour using crash mats, harnesses, and foam stage props. Sessions blend physical skill-building with acting and imagination — learning to perform action scenes safely, in character, and with intention.
Outcomes: athletic confidence, safe risk-taking, partner trust, and exposure to real industry skills — with pathways toward stunt performance, martial-arts choreography, parkour, and theatrical movement.
