Generative video tools have moved fast — Runway, Luma, Sora-class models can now produce shots that hold up at festival scale. But the gap between "interesting AI clip" and "actual cinema" is dramatic interiority: emotional specificity, choreography that reads, faces that mean something. That gap is closed in pre-production. We use the studio as the rehearsal floor for the AI camera.
